A Story of Passion and Perseverance

Fogo Fungi began in the most unexpected way — with a random YouTube video that opened our eyes to the hidden potential of mushrooms. What seemed ordinary was, in fact, extraordinary: nature’s recyclers, flavour-rich, and deeply nourishing.

At a time when Singapore was talking about food security, we saw an opportunity to make a difference. As young farmers, we embraced the challenge of redefining what mushrooms could mean to our city. Our team is made up of growers, makers, and dreamers coming together with one vision: to craft mushrooms that inspire, sustain, and delight
